BONE-IN DRY-CURED NORCIA PGI HAM
Bone-in dry-cured ham obtained from Italian pork branded and certified by “Consorzio del Prosciutto di Norcia IGP” (Norcia Ham PGI). Our Norcia ham is rooted in the butchery tradition of Umbria, one of the most ancient and important in Italy. We only use national heavy pork thighs to guarantee a well-balanced product that weighs more than 8.5 kg. These hams are dry cured for at least 12 months in our facility located in Todiano di Preci, Norcia. They strictly comply with the Consorzio dictates.
