“SPALLA STAGIONATA TIPO SPECK” DRY-CURED BONELESS PORK SHOULDER
A typical dry-cured pork shoulder is very versatile and easy to slice. This product is an aged boneless pork shoulder, dry-cured with sea salt. Spalla stagionata owes its name to the rectangular shape typical of speck. It is entirely produced and cured in our facility of Pontassieve (Florence).
