“TARESE” DRY-CURED PORK BELLY AND LOIN

Rooted in the ancient tradition of Valdarno and considered for many years an exclusively local product, today, the ‘tarese’ is living a period of great fame. It consists of pork loin and belly, seasoned with our traditional Tuscan spice mix and dry-cured. Its immense size makes it a spectacular product, requested even on VIP tables.
