The coppa (pork neck end) is a classic Italian delicatessen and is much loved throughout the country. This is a delicious cut, widely used for “antipasti”. This product is seasoned with our unique Tuscan spice mix, stuffed in a natural casing, and dry-cured in Pontassieve (Florence) facility.
