This is the 800gr variation of our Tuscan salami. This product comes from roughly minced premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings) with diced pork lard and seasoned with spices. The flavor is unmistakable after the hand-strung processing in Pontassieve (Florence) facility.
