Featuring a distinctive circular shape and spicy notes, the Anello Napoli is obtained from roughly minced premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings). After adding salt and chili, the Anello is stuffed in a vegetable casing and transferred to the drying room of our facility in Pontassieve (Florence). This variation weighs 800gr.
