TUSCAN SALAMI (1.4 kg / 3 lb)
The 1.4kg variation of Tuscan salami, a classic of our tradition, which we have produced for a century using the same recipe. The product comes from roughly minced premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings) with diced pork lard, which makes this product unique. The salami is then seasoned with spices, stuffed in a natural casing, tied, and dry-cured in Pontassieve (Florence) facility.
