DRY-CURED PORK TENDERLOIN
This product is made with the most delicate cut of pork. The tenderloin is seasoned with a traditional Tuscan spice mix. Then it is dry cured in our facility of Pontassieve (Florence). The result is an elegant product, lean and aromatic, suitable for a classic “antipasto” or a tasty main course.
