“SALAMINO” DRY-CURED SALAMI in a natural casing (600 gr/ 1.3 lb)

A “small” variation of our Tuscan salami. Due to its size, this product is always on pole position both for classic starters and contemporary finger food. It comes from roughly minced premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings) with the addition of diced pork lard, seasoned with spices and stuffed in a natural casing. After filling and hand binding, this product is aged in our facility of Pontassieve (Florence).
