BONE-IN DRY-CURED HAM
Our bone-in dry-cured ham is made with pork meat from EU countries, notably Germany and France. Our ham is cured for about a year in Pontassieve (Florence) facility. Compared to the national ham, this product is smaller and leaner. A classic that never disappoints.
