The product comes from roughly minced premium pork cuts (shoulder, pork belly, and ham trimmings). Meats from beef and pork born, raised, and slaughtered in Mugello, with the addition of diced pork lard, seasoned with spices and stuffed in a natural casing. This variation of the product weighs 3-4 kg. A locally sourced salami, to which beef meat gives a surprising sweetness. A must for all those who love niche products.
